BrainCode was founded in 2014 by the late Dr. Klaus Konrad and Porin pl. Ivanisevic.
As head of content, Reinhard Haas joined in 2017 our team of renowned industry experts from start-up investments, AI/IT development, corporate marketing, digital advertising, content & social media, publishing and sales.

In 2020/2021, we are expanding BrainCode’s operations to the United States of America. Together with Boris Kodjoe and our long-term publishing partner Condé Nast amongst other media partners, we are initiating one of the most significant CSR- and media initiatives for racial equality and economic progress for black and minority communities. More update to come in Q 1 2021.

Porin Ivanisevic

Porin Ivanisevic is a German citizen of Croatian decent who received his master’s degree in Business from European Business School in London, UK and Wiesbaden, Germany. He has lived and worked internationally in Paris, London, New York City and Los Angeles.

Porin has 25+ years of c-level management and entrepreneurial start-up expertise in finance, marketing, media and tech. Having worked with industry category leaders such as Deutsche Bank, Porsche, Deutsche Telekom, Mercedes Benz, Viacom and Omnicom, he has developed a unique expertise for global content- & media innovations, with a topical focus on finance, digital transformation, sustainable economic development and social change.

Since 2014, as CEO and co-founder of BrainCode, Porin and his team have developed unique digital content and AI-based publishing solutions. In collaboration with Condé Nast as one of our strategic partners, we are servicing clients such as Deutsche Bank or Bank Vontobel. We have built a network of affiliate offices in the UK, France, Switzerland, Italy and Spain.

Porin lives with his family in Wiesbaden, Germany.

With a life-long mission to fight discrimination, racism and social inequalities, together with Boris Kodjoe, Porin has worked on projects to drive change for almost 30 years. With Braincode360, we are now expanding our business to America and Africa. Starting in 2021 under Boris’s leadership as CEO and majority owner of our US entity, we will jointly launch “Black Business Voices” as one of the world’s leading global Corporate-Social-Responsibility media initiatives in history.

Boris Kodjoe

Boris Kodjoe is a German citizen of Ghanaian descent who received his bachelor’s degree in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University where he attended on a tennis scholarship. He has 25+ years of business development and advisory expertise in entertainment, media and tech.

Boris is the Founder of “Full Circle Festival” that brings together business leaders, cultural influencers, and government officials to create synergies around economic development and Africa-focused investment opportunities. President Nana Akufo-Addo credits Boris and his team for contributing $1.9 billion of tourism revenue to the Ghanian economy in 2019.

Boris is the co-founder of Nyansapo Impact Capital, a minority owned impact fund located in New York. Collectively NIC’s team has 100+ years of experience investing and advising in emerging markets. His team consists of financial experts in the areas of investing, due diligence, law, operations, political and country risk assessment, advisory and diplomacy.

As co-founder of Braincode360, Boris and partner Porin Ivanisevic launched “Black Business Voices”, one of the world’s leading global CSR media initiatives.

He and his wife, Nicole Ari Parker, have built two successful businesses focused on health and wellness for underserved communities. They are also raising awareness of health disparities in diverse communities via their non-profit, The Kodjoe Family Foundation. Boris serves on the Business Roundtable Committee for Racial Equity and Justice (2% Initiative) and the Board of Directors of The Foundation of Orthopedics and Complex Spine (FOCOS) based in Accra, Ghana, which is dedicated to providing care to pediatric patients with severe spinal deformities.

Reinhard Haas

Reinhard Haas spent more than 30 years in management positions at numerous major German and international publishing houses. As editor, department head and editor-in-chief, he worked for Heinrich Bauer Verlag in Hamburg, Burda Verlag in Munich and Condé Nast Verlag in New York, among others.

Reinhard once founded the men's magazine GQ in Germany and led it as editor-in-chief for 11 years. For the art and business magazine Artinvestor, he served as editor-in-chief and shareholder for three years. In 2013, he prescribed himself a one-year creative break and went to the Bavarian Alps as a mountain lodge host.
In addition to his journalistic work, Reinhard has also been a successful author of works of fiction and nonfiction since the 1990s. His ninth book, 'Bilder des Glücks,' was recently published.

Since 2015, Reinhard has been responsible for all journalistic content as Chief Content Officer and shareholder at Braincode360, overlooking operational collaboration with clients and contractors. His focus is on the topics of digital transformation, sustainable economic development and social change.
He lives with his family in Munich
